Upgraded Helpdesk System


Christmas has been and gone and we've decided to upgrade one of our support systems.

We are now using the "Helpdesk Pilot" software to enable tracking and resolution of problems. You should use this system for the following;

  1. Notifying us of problems with domains or hosting
  2. Requesting changes to websites that we maintain.
  3. Letting us know about any email issues.

If you registered on our old help desk system then we're afraid you'll have to re-register on the new system.
